Operation White Angel; formed in 1995.

The weapon used for the assassination of Tupac Shakur was supplied by former Sheriff Bill Young's under-Sheriff, the current Sheriff of Clark County Doug Gillespie (who was with Las Vegas S.W.A.T. at the time) gave the weapon to Billy Young to pass on to Christopher Brady and Ron Mortensen. A device called bird dog was attached to Marion 'Suge' Knight's vehicle three days prior to the shooting to track Mr. Knight and Mr. Shakur's movements the night of the assassination. The weapon used for Tupac Shakur's assassination had been in the possession of former Sheriff Bill Young since September 1996 until April 2, 2006, at which time Sheriff Doug Gillespie is thought to have taken possession of it through an intermediary. We believe this trophy exchange took place at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino at 2 a.m. on the morning of April 2, 2006 and presently sits in a trophy case in Sheriff Doug Gillespie's possession. Former LVPD policeman Ron Mortensen is serving a life sentence for a similar drive by killing committed in 1996 he claims was actually committed by former LVPD policeman Christopher Brady. Christopher Brady, who is also a dangerous serial sexual predator, was given a 9 year prison sentence for his part in the same drive by killing for which Ron Mortensen is serving a life sentence.

All our findings will be sent to both the House and Senate Intelligence Committee's and the next U.S. Attorney General after the 2008 election. Our own Attorney General, Catherine Cortez-Masto, is far too beholden to the law enforcemnt apparatus in the state of Nevada to ever conduct an investigation of the LVPD -- she is the most beholden Attorney General to LVPD for her election to State Attorney General in our state's history. We are confident our findings will lead to the arrests and convictions of the entire Operation White Angel assassination team resulting in lengthy prison sentences, and hopefully the death penality for the murder of Tupac Amadu Shakur.

As recently as 2005-06, some of the members of Operation White Angel operated openly within the LVPD as B.D.R.T. (Big Dogs Run Together aka Baby Daddy Removal Team) with the mandate of killing black and hispanic men suspected of being part of the hip-hop, gangster rap community in Nevada. Operation PIMP was a ruse operation that commenced on the first week in June. It's real intentions were to malign thus neutralize all those in the sex underground community who knew of Bill Young's sexual proclivities involving transsexual encounters going back over a decade were they to ever come forward with what they knew of his out of control sexual antics in Nevada and elsewhere. California, Arizona and Massachusetts are ather state Bill Young visits pursuing his transsexual interests.

The information regarding the assassination of Tupac Amaru Shakur, as well as Operation White Angel's plans to assassinate NBA players Kobe Bryant, Alan Iverson, LeBron James, B.D.R.T and the detailed plan to kill entertainer Alicia Keys was supplied to us (the Out Brigade) by one of the former sheriff's Las Vegas transsexual lovers, along with two current very well placed LVPD law enforcement persons who former Sheriff Young attempted to recruit for these assassinations.

Who We Are

Former Clark County Sheriff Bill Young is the co-founder of this murderous group of law enforcement personnel whose original charter (before turning to assassinations, political and financial subterfuge) was the 24/7 surveillance of prominent members of the hip-hop and sports community who lived, worked or entered the Western US -- 95% of those the program targeted -- then and now -- are African and Hispanic Americans. It was given its name Operation White Angel, by Bill Young and styled after Operation Cointelpro, ran by former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover during the civil rights era. We have learned that as of 2006, the Operation White Angel's network of law enforcement members now have satellite law enforcement agents in Phoenix, Arizona, Miami, Florida, New York City and possibly Cleveland, Ohio. Sheriff Young decribed himself to his lover as a cross between Bull Connor and Frank Rizzo (both were known for their hateful and violent racial views towards non white people). With persistent lobbying from Sheriff Young, Operation White Angel received its first federal cooperation for its surveillance program of the hip-hop and the professional sports community on a national level under [then] Attorney General John Ashcroft in 2004. How extensive the involvement of the U.S. Attorney General's office under John Ashcroft in assassinations of prominent black and hispanic figures isn't clear as of yet. In late 2005, Bill Young spent more time in direct contact with Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff than our [then] Governor Kenny Guinn under the guise of obtaining increased funding for Nevada's security against a terrorist attack--the funds weren't forthcoming, in fact our funding for homeland security in 2006 was cut by the Department of Homeland Security under director Chertoff, so what pray tell were they discussing in all their communications?

Linked through the voters verifaction database, (required by the Help America Vote Act of 2002) Sheriff Young secretly and illegally started a citizens profile database of people coming and going in the state of Nevada -- which happens to be against the law. As Sheriff of Clark County, in early 2006, Sheriff Young planned to surreptitiously kidnap a Las Vegas resident who was born in Iran (of Islamic faith) for a rendition flight to a Eastern European nation (Poland we believe) where he was to be questioned, using torture if need be, for having a faux connection to terrorism entirely invented by Sheriff Bill Young. If this man wasn't compliant in their attempt to forcefully remove him from his business (a restaurant) he was to be assassinated on the spot and the premises set afire. So deep is his destain for all muslims that on many occassions in conversation with his lover, former sheriff Bill Young referred to muslims as murderers of Christians and that the Prophet Muhammad, the founder of Islam, was a charlatan and a pedophile.

The planned assassination of the world renown entertainer Alicia Keys was re-hatched by Bill Young not only to inflame America against the hip-hop entrtainers, but also because the sheriff's mother expressed to him her bitter distain for Alicia Keys' parents whose union resulted in what Bill Young's mother calls Alicia Keys' mongrel birth.

A forensic pathologist, with a degree in psychology, who went over our findings analogized Operation White Angel's members as a well organized hate group comprised of law enforcement professionals harboring a deep racial animus. Their tactics are those of a pyromaniac firefighter who sets fires, then calls it in and is the first on the scene to put out the fire he set to be preceived as some sort of heroic figure.

The LA faction of Operation White Angel once planned to assassinate the world renowned entertainer Alicia Keys during an awards show in Los Angeles in 2006 to trigger a public backlash against the hip-hop music industry. The idea was later revisited by Sheriff Young to take place in Las Vegas that same year, but it started an internal conflict because it was to close in time to he 2007 All-Star game plans so it was aborted (We didn't know about this plot until well after the fact thus we were unable to warn Ms. Keys through her representatives).

Former Sheriff Bill Young, Sheriff Doug Gillespie and he other members of Operation White Angel in LVPD may think that seating an Attorney General who is deeply in their political debt for the support of law enforcement apparatus -- and doing everything possible to scuttle the case regarding Christy Mazzeo's sexual assault (attempted rape) alligations against the present Governor Jim Gibbons thus owning a governor (a pardon) will save them from a date with lethal injection for the murder of Tupac Shakur and other serious crimes, but they thought wrong.

The citizens of Nevada will demand and receive justice - eventually. For what wound did ever heal but by degree. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but there is no statue of limitation on cold blooded murder and we [the Out Brigade] are very patient, we shall retreat (for now) and hide our capacity, bide our time -- but the day will come when we will emerge legally victorious.

The information posted here is less than 1/10 of what we actually know about them. We shall continue to [privately] thicken proofs that do demonstrate thinly. They can run for office (and have their cohorts run for office) but they can't hide in office forever. The truth is the light, and the light must shine.
